However, owning the job share as equal partners is important in your job share's success from Day One. And the best way to do that is by implementing your plan together as a job share team! You'll step into your job share so easily and it will be nearly impossible for your job share's manager or the hiring manager to see you as anything but a SuperTeam who'll bring two skillsets in one job from the very start! They won't be able to "unsee" you as a job share team after you present together!
Even if one of you presents initially, but you create the plan together, the presence of your partner will be felt and your most likely to gain approval.
